We are a local chapter of the International Court System (ICS) that supports the LGBTQ+ community through fundraising, volunteer work, and community engagement. The Minnesota chapter, Imperial Court of MN (ICOM), was founded in 1991 by Shannon Domonique, Thomas S. Hansen, Michael Spivak, and Craig & Nancy Maehling.
